Hi, I’m Penny!
Professional Chaos Wrangler

I help busy, creative, and wonderfully unconventional people create spaces that feel calmer,
work smarter, and still reflect the things they love.

About Penny

I'm the owner of Tips & Sass Organizing, professional chaos wrangler, and firm believer that an organized home can have both personality and a functioning junk drawer.

As a performer, creative, costume designer and collector of more than a few sparkly things myself, I know real life doesn't fit neatly into matching bins and minimalist Pinterest boards. Your home should support who you are, not erase it.

I help busy, creative, and wonderfully unconventional people create spaces that feel calmer, work smarter, and still reflect the things they love. Whether you're unpacking after a move, reclaiming a room that's gotten out of hand, or trying to make sense of a lifetime of collections, costumes, hobbies, and everyday life, I'm here to help.

My approach is hands-on, judgment-free, and tailored to how you actually live, not how some organizing expert thinks you should live.

Because your home should support your adventures, not hide your car keys.

I specialize in judgement free organizing that is especially supportive for people with ADHD and executive function challenges to create systems that work with your brain not against it.

What I do (and don’t do)

I help you get your home together without shame, judgment, or any pressure to live like a minimalist influencer with three sweaters and no hobbies.

Here’s what I do do:

  • De-clutter spaces that have gotten a little out of hand (or a lot)

  • Create systems that are actually easy to maintain

  • Set up new homes so you don’t live out of boxes indefinitely

  • Help you figure out how your space should function for your actual life

  • Style and organize homes so they feel calm, intentional, and lived in

  • Wardrobe styling and personal style discovery and refinement

Here’s what I don’t do:

  • Shame you for your stuff

  • Pretend everyone lives like a minimalist robot

  • Erase your flamboyant personality

  • Judge the junk drawer (we all have one… I just make yours behave)

We'll laugh a little, make a lot of progress, and tackle the things you've been
avoiding for months (or years. No judgment!).

What It Feels Like to
Work With Me

Imagine inviting over a friend who's really good at seeing solutions where everyone else sees chaos.

I'll help you make decisions, keep things moving, and remind you that no, your life is not falling apart because your pantry looks like a crime scene.

We'll laugh a little, make a lot of progress, and tackle the things you've been avoiding for months (or years. No judgment!).

By the end, you'll wonder why you waited so long.

And when you walk through the door afterward, instead of seeing a giant to-do list, you'll see a home that's finally on your side.

You don't need to organize before I arrive.
You don't need to apologize for the mess.
You don't even need to know where to start.
You just need to open the door.

My approach is hands-on, judgment-free, and tailored to how you actually live,
not how some organizing expert thinks you should live.

Why “Tips & Sass”

Because getting organized shouldn’t feel like punishment.

It should feel like:

  • relief

  • clarity

  • a little bit of “oh wow, I didn’t realize it could be this easy”

  • and occasionally, someone gently telling you that you do not need to keep that mystery box from 2012

I bring the tips.

And just enough sass to keep it honest.
